Managing ship repair contracts from contract award to project completion for the mutual benefit of customers and the company, Leading and controlling the production team, including project services personnel, production supervisors and production employees, to deliver efficient and cost-effective ship repair services, Managing ship repair contracts at the Cairncross Dockyard in a value range from $50k to $8M,Leading and managing a workforce of 200 employe Coordinating subcontractors within projects, Scheduling and managing production resources required to deliver ship repair projects on time, within man-hours budget and to the customer's quality expectations, Responsible for the docking and undocking of vessels, approving and certifying vessel's docking plans as produced by the Dockmaster. He is proficient areas such as risk management, corporate governance, business management, mergers & acquisitions, capital management and business controlling. He also undertook the position of VP Finance of a med-tech Group, with its main operations spanning principally in Switzerland, Netherlands, South Korea and China. Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia in 1996
